• 본 연구실에서는 홍정수 교수와 김경환 교수가 공동으로 운영하는 연구센터로 산화갈륨 기반의 차세대 전력반도체를 시작으로 UV 영역을 감지할 수 있는 고감도 UV 센서에 대한 연구가 진행되고 있음
